The democratic principle which I chose is that all men are equal. The fairness of all men, and ladies, is vital in a self-governing environment in the place of work. This proclamation is to say that all individuals, regardless of what race, religion, geographic district, origin are made equivalent as in the same. Individuals are everything conceived with a mess of likenesses. The standard for most are people are two eyes, a nose, a mind, hands, arms, legs, and a mouth.
