This must be the primary vision of the firm that needs to be shared with its employees in order to ensure the motivation to overcome the challenges resulted by implementing the strategies. Further, the company should also focus on the impulse part that requires to be provided to the employees.

As far as the United States is considered, my viewpoint is that the country highly lacks diversity. The company has effectively implemented a new diversity program that is introduced by Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., where the Accenture's perspective is that the diversity is the power their organization. As an international organization, Accenture is devoted to effectively as well as proactively engage with doing businesses with almost all the companies that are reflective of different communities of the world. The company developed its US Supplier Diversity Program in order to further build up and expand relationships with the minority owned, women owned, small growing firms, and other developing firms. Furthermore, it focuses on the recruiting process, leadership pipelines, and the career of its workers that are the assets of the firm.
