It is family inherited business and is one of the most valued organisations not only in United States but also worldwide. The largest market share and the largest profits generated by Wal-Mart give large millions of monetary contribution to the United States economy annually. Along with the business challenges, Wal-Mart takes all the market shares while making the great differences communities.

Wal-Mart, the largest retailer in the towns has been confronting too many ethical challenges. The critics and controversies are arising upon its policies and strategies. The Wal-Mart always had great consideration for the communities in which it operates. Despite this it also has to face the criticism that that Wal-Mart imposes severe challenges upon the abilities of local businesses and make it critical for them to sustain in the market.
