In this course, I have learned a great deal on cultural values and beliefs, cognition and emotional processes including personality and communications amongst them. The management of diversity in the different spheres of the society has become crucial for the organizations. For instance, companies in all industries are encouraging ethnic minorities, women, older workers and people with disabilities and foreign workers to join white men in the workplace. One of the most complex diversity is the ethnic diversity (Liamputtong, 2008). Although the country law and other ethical values have provide protection against discrimination against diverse groups, but still it exist and it has become significant to identify these problems and eliminate it from the society. Some of the significant challenges of diversity are as below:

With respect workforce diversity, organizations need to include diverse talents, as it will not only use their skills, knowledge or skills in the workplace, but will ensure that people have sense of acceptance, comfort and provide their best performance. A diverse workgroup can help in the generation of innovative ideas and produce ideal results based on their knowledge, background and diverse set of skills. On the other hand, the government needs to develop significant laws and regulations for the protection of the rights of the diverse groups or population, so that they do not have to face discrimination in the society. The policies and laws pertaining to the rights of culturally diverse groups will help in the provision of healthcare system, which provide equal treatment and care to them (Ember, 2009).
