Discussion of Theories in Chapter 9

Introduction

This paper discusses the three main counseling theories discussed in chapter 9, which includes the Psychoanalytic Theory, Adlerian Theory and Humanistic Theory (Person Centered). The following discussion is divided into two main segments, where the first part comprises of a brief overview of the main concepts of each of these theories. While, the second segment of the discussion would highlight personal opinion related to them.
