Q.1 Think of people in your organization and give examples of the sources of power that they enjoy?

In my company, there are many kind of people, however, after a thorough overhaul, following are the various categories of sources of power (Lunenburg, 2012), which people in my organization enjoy;

Legitimate Power

These are the positional authority which employees enjoy. As a matter of fact, this kind of power is derived from the hierarchical status of the company. For example, the power of senior managers over the junior workers.

Expert power

This kind of people has the power of ...
