Dear Ashley according to my perception company can improve the employee attitude by developing a communication channel. Communication channel helps in resolution of problems because employees are listened and thus they feel motivated because they are part of decisions which are being made. This also helps in aligning the organizational objective because everyone is aligned and the company can achieve its objectives more accurately.
