Toddlers

Mortality rate in toddlers have declined over the period of time. There has seen marked reduction since 1990s, but still the environmental hazards kill at least 3 million children under the age of 5 every year. These children, as a matter of fact, comprise only of 10 percent of world's population, however, among children, their share is 40 percent. All in all, this requires special care and protection with improved regulatory awareness in order to improve children vulnerability (Creel, 2002).
