We live in an extremely diverse society where people come from different regions of the world to get settled. The purpose of this paper is to make the readers aware about the discrimination law and its ability to best address the problems of intersectionality and other significant conflicts prevailing between different grounds of discrimination. People tend to discriminate on several grounds like age, religion, gender, race and others. Both the national and international laws are essentially well maintained and well established in relation to make sure the eradication of discrimination from the society at core.
