Introduction

The relationship between the employer and employee has always been strict and filled with gaps. Likewise, the organizational structure has very little offerings for the employees in regards to the respect of their needs. The most basic assumptions for such flaws are the lack of communication and stressful policies (Willes, 1976).

The concept of discipline in an organization is the communication of detailed guidelines and set of rules and regulations provided to the employee at the time of hiring. The disciplinary guidelines provide the employee with particular standards of operating within the organization and following particular rules for achieving the orientation of the organization. However, from the employers' point of view, disciplinary standards should be clearly communicated to the employee to progress clarity and if the discipline is not followed by the employee, consequences may take into account.

Discharge

The activity of discharging or terminating an employee is usually related to the terms of breaching the provided discipline of the organization and hence resulting in termination of the employee. However, termination activities are a result of constant warnings and wrongful attributes of the employee, which later results in discharging the employee due to consistent deficiency.
