Introduction

Disaster management is one of the most widely discussed topics in the news. These are the topic, which are to be given importance due to their frequent happenings. Its importance can be seen by the after affect of any disaster for e.g. the disaster in Tokyo almost crippled the economy of Japan at the same time had a great impact on the international economies. The affects of the disaster can be seen by the level of damage done during the super Storm Sandy. It brought million of dollars in damage to the national exchequer directly, while through indirect way it crossed billion dollars. Thus, the importance of proper disaster management can be seen through these damages.

The most recent call of this disaster management came during the school shooting in which more than 25 people were killed, which included 20 children's. This was a national calamity, which saw serious condemnation all over the world. This also raised question on the disaster management plans for relative quiet and calm place. It is because in these areas people are completely unaware of any sort of possible disaster at the same time least prepared for it.
