Life is beautiful! Everyone in this world wants to live a happy and healthy life. There are certain crippling diseases and disorders that snatch all the liveliness and energy of life away. This in turn, restricts individuals to allow different pleasures of this life. One such condition is of depression. Clinical depression is a mood disorder in which feelings of sadness, loss, anger, or frustration interfere with everyday life for an extended period of time. Depression is accompanied by a constant feeling of sadness, anxiety, apathy and indifferent attitude towards reality (Simon et al, 2006).
