Introduction

Delegation of authority is a bilateral act by which a superior to a subordinate assigned tasks and gives the necessary authority to fulfill, while the subordinate is responsible for emerging (Lubbers, 2003). Delegate is to transfer the authority and responsibility to others in order to develop certain jobs. Delegation involves satisfaction for those, where tasks are delegated and should know what is to be achieved, what they want to achieve, and means to do and, have capacity for it.

Any act of delegation is based on the relationship between the subordinate and his boss, the mutual respect that people have, and satisfaction as each individual expects that derives from delegation.

Administration being a done through others, necessarily requires the delegation such as; no boss does it all by himself, but other delegated authority and responsibility.



It has become common phrase that the authority and responsibility is delegated to compare like all phrase is sometimes true, but vague because, both the authority and responsibility are delegated, without ceasing to be shared, the truth is, while delegated authority should not reassume, but exceptionally, in temporary or permanent absence of the delegate, in which case it reverts to return via delegator's responsibility remains between delegator and delegate solidarity (Gaurav, 2010). Hence, the delegator should enjoy the right to remove the delegate, even if it is unable to take responsibility properly. Delegating is giving someone else our authority and responsibility to do our times.
