Today there are many systems that automate the control of the customer relationship, and allow business to keep all the tools at its disposal, which need not be a telemarketer, although this person is who have more contact with such systems. CRM systems are not always related to telemarketing. However, telemarketing is unavoidably linked to CRM systems (Cieslak, David, Gaby, 2006).

Define

First of all, we need to define what meant by customers and who our customers are in order to carry out all the next steps. People who are using our dry cleaning services is fall in the category of our client or customer (Cieslak, David, Gaby, 2006).

Collect

In this step, we will collect the data regarding our personal daily sales. This will be done, in order to keep a record of our daily sales. From this record, we will then be able to analyze the average daily sales that we have been making. We will also collect all the customer information, regarding the frequency of his use of our service, their age, sex, marital status, nationality, etc (Cieslak, David, Gaby, 2006).

All these customer information of all kinds will then be linked with each other, like, age, marital status, sex, nationality etc, in order to analyze different aspects of our customers using our service. These will include things like, amount of female and male customers using our service, what different age people are using our service, how many unmarried and married people are using our services and, which nationality people, are using our services. All these will be calculated on a daily basis, to get the daily results (Davidson, William, Bernhardt, McLeod, Rife, Jeffrey, Grabill, 2008).
