It has become very important these days for every educational institute to adopt appropriate institutional practices in order to achieve high level learning for all the students. In this topic some of the instructional cycles will be discussed which would help in achieving high standard based education for all the students. As the pace of change in the twenty-first century continues to increase, the world is becoming more interconnected and complex, and the knowledge economy is craving more intellectual individuals. So it is critical that the people need to shift the focus from education to life-long learning. If there is a willingness by the students to view learning from new perspectives then they would be able to enhance learning. Teachers need to realize that their students are growing up in a technological age. This means that they need to learn differently as compare to them. (Anderson, 1985)

Education of the future will enforce studio based learning. Studio based learning is where every child can see what every other child is learning. This is critical so that every child can witness the thinking processes of others and understand the thinking behind it. Children can then pick up skills from other students. Students start to learn and appreciate the learning process because they learn from their struggles, mistakes and successes. This is done in an educational setting through technology based learning. These days children interact through blogs, websites, text-messaging, and games to learn socially. These children are the most technologically advanced generation yet many of them are heading for careers that do not even exist today. Children are learning with the help of technology. They have gaming systems through which they interact with people on daily basis and are successful as well. (Bosco, 1986)

The children would then use blogs and websites to interact with each other about their successful projects, to ask for help when they are stuck and to discuss information to review concepts or materials. Would children be more adaptive to the education process if an environment is created in which they would learn job skills that would actually help them to use in the future? The answer is yes. Most children go home and play virtual games every day for long hours. If the education system was built on this, then the students would be more interested in learning. Children would also get the skills that they need in a job setting such as critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving. (Leinhardt, 1987)

The other concept of educational learning that has got lot of value is project based learning. Excellent project based teaching engages students in meaningful and relevant learning. Students in project-based environments are motivated and involved learners. Teachers use guided inquiry and a trans-disciplinary approach to nurture in-depth learning. They focus students work and deepen their learning by centering on significant issues, concepts, questions and problems. A project based approach helps students learn important content, develop intellectual capacities and acquire essential skills, from calculating to ...
