The fine distinction of culture that affects the business on international basis evidently goes to great extend the aptitude of welcoming international colleague or choosing the right present.  Problems prevailing related to the time orientation of culture, either it is collectivist or individualist or society, power distance and space orientation, as well as mentioning assumptions related to conflicts and non verbal communication all these factors affect the understanding among colleagues that are present in a meeting, it also enhance effects of being understood in the conversation (Demers, J., 2006).

A trained expert prepares beforehand that these blunders do not happen unnecessary in meeting at international level that cultural level differences are not magnified. The less impact of cultural difference brings personal knowledge to everyone that the understanding among the participants has deepened. It promotes understanding, acceptance, and creation of international relation that could lead to prosperity in businesses. When the businesses develop among countries it also promotes peace.

With the passage of time companies focus on adopting a managerial style that can be suitable for every type of culture. The organizations should not be stiff in putting in action a certain leadership style as one type of features cannot be suitable in every case.
