Introduction

The world has become a global village this term we usually hear for the internet. If we take a look at the advancement and increasing competition in all the walk of life, so this is not wrong to associate this term with counseling. People are not restricted and bound with their territories, but they are allowed to meet with multi cultural environment. That is why we can see that client and counselors are meeting at the same point, and we can associate this point with cross cultural counseling. Because of cross cultural impacts we are able to view different cultural elements such as customs, values, behavior and belief and so on. For counseling this is mandatory that the entire counselor must focus the need of their profession, so that the effective and efficient counseling can be established across the cultural limitations. This topic is based on broaden manner we cannot make it limited with in some endpoints. This paper examines the major elements of Pastoral task, ethics counseling with multi cultural and cross cultural environment.

Pastoral Cross-Cultural Relations

The difference of worldviews is one of the reasons of differences and conflicts in intercultural communication. In some cultures, the purpose of interaction is more important than the actual communication, others on the contrary. The term outlook is generally used to refer the concept of reality, which is shared with respect to a particular culture or ethnic group of people. Outlook, primarily be related to the cognitive aspects of culture.

Mental organization of each individual reflects the world order. Common elements of individuals in the outlook form of a worldview of group of people in a particular culture. Each individual has their own culture, which forms it outlook. Despite the difference in individuals themselves, the culture in their minds, is composed of the common elements, and the difference of such element which is acceptable. Rigidity or flexibility of cultural worldviews defined relationship of individuals with the outlook of society.

Worldviews Problem

The difference of worldviews is one of the reasons of differences and conflicts in cross cultural counseling. But mastering the cult of knowledge contributes to the improvement of intercultural relations. Alignment determines the categories of humanity, good and evil, a state of mind, the role of time and fate, the properties of physical bodies and natural resources.

The interpretation of this definition includes religious beliefs about the various forces that are associated with events occurring daily, and observe the rituals. For example, many Eastern nations believe that the unfavorable atmosphere in the family is the result of the mythical brownie. If you do not treat it properly, not to pray, it does not address the sacrifice, the family does not get rid of problems and adversities.

Fundamental principles are inherent in different individuals, and societies have the greatest influence on cross cultural counseling, and can cause misunderstandings in the categories and concepts.
