For this paper, three articles based on the topic of cultural awareness were critically analyzed. According to the authors of the articles, the rapidly changing demographics of the U.S. domestic population and the transnational reach of counseling psychology make cross-cultural training increasingly critical in the overall education of applied psychologists.
