There is no doubt in the fact that organizations, especially corporate organizations should have some controlled environment prevailing within them that would help in maintaining their cost and will also help in improving their effective working as per their requirements (Monks, 2002, n.d). The author has developed research hypothesis on the basis of which author aims to explain that there is a strong relationship between an individual's ethics and organizational ethics that greatly affects on the ethical intentions that eventually results in the deviation of international decision making.

Author has greatly ignored the fact that it is not essential that both organizational ethics and individual ethics would have a combined affect on the international decision making process. There are still multiple organizations that are engaged in such situations that they are only being affected by their employees an individual ethic which is affecting their international decision making process more volatile and are affecting their business operations to a large extent. Behavior within the business is obviously connected to the general models in the social order (McDaniel, 2004, n.d). This backs the contention that the business group may as well support the best norms of practice. Along these lines, as the new century starts with a worldwide economy quickly developing, it is recommended to stand back and think about the moral principles guiding the business processes.. The certain challenges of defining adequate, diverse corporate qualities and benchmarks are impressive.
