In contemporary society, global warming is one of the most serious problems causing unrest around the world. Global warming is the reason for staying in the latest world issues, such as an increase in the number and severity of hurricanes, higher temperatures and drought, as well as a number of other changes in the environment. Thus, countermeasures to cope with global warming are serious topical issues of today. To cope with the problem of global warming, many countries and organizations have made policies and their implementation in various fields. But there are a number of key issues that managers must consider when deciding policy of global warming, and the practicality and morality in politics.

When dealing with global warming, practical politics is one of the most important and fundamental issues. Nevertheless, policies are meaningless if they can not be fulfilled. As we have limited resources, we must choose the maximum of our resources by comparing the benefits and costs of each policy. In other words, the balancing of global warming and other issues must be adequately addressed (Brooks pp 14-69). Too much stress on economic development reduces the possibility of a policy. In addition, the actual performance is a critical factor in making global warming policy. Thus, the countermeasure to global warming is in a state of emergency. In other words, the creators of the Kyoto Protocol should be considered the actual effect is to ensure that a satisfactory outcome. Thus, managers must take into account the economic practicality and scope of the expected effect in the implementation of policies that may affect global warming.

Policies that could affect the global warming should also consider the moral and ethical aspects. How to be aware, global warming is not confined to local districts, but rather it is a "global" problem. Thus, all nations in the world must be the best solution through concessions and compromises. Nevertheless, the whole world was unable to unite under the banner of global warming, when the United States withdrew from the Kyoto Protocol, for some reason. U.S. President sees the Kyoto Protocol as a "direct threat to the U.S. economy," and an obstacle to the "chances for re-election" (Atkins p 45) in the future. Thus, the U.S. president refused to participate in the Kyoto Protocol in the interest of the United States, not taking into account the adverse effects of its decisions for the whole world. In addition, the ability to mediate "moral dilemma" for the future development of the third world, and the current global human suffering (source E) is necessary. Thus, supervisors must consider the moral aspects, not only for their own countries, but also in the interests of global peace.
