Critical System Thinking

Introduction

Critical system thinking is the framework which reflects the practice based philosophy and creative system thinking. The aim of the critical systems thinking is to enhance the reflective proficiency not only decision-makers and well-trained professionals but also of common people. The reflective practice cannot be protected by only theoretical means, it also requires the discovery of new tools introduce into practice. And lastly the systems thinking can offer us with a useful preliminary point for understanding the methodological necessities of such an approach to reflective practice. (Ulrich 1983). It is the process that absorbs the assessment of the application. The aim of a critical thinking intervention is to aid the organization more astutely, effectively and quickly. The system of critical thinking consists on the procedures that promote the exact application of that assessment to organization issues. These phenomenon needs to be made an accepted and natural part of the organization's culture so the issues require the attention which can be recognized and determined. To create systems, one way is to embed such thinking in the organizational culture.

System Definition

In the above given context, System means a mandated sequences of material or noticeable steps taken by the people of the organization as these are different from mental activities that cannot be observed and are completed at the discretion of an individual thinker. In the organization, when critical thinking embed, all people adhere to the same system and behave similarly who share the same role. The procedures, steps and policies of the system are not subject to individual choice or motivation.

The proper query stimulates the mind to pressure for searching the relevant information, to formulate the appropriate answer. That may be relevant and more alert to what additional information is needed which makes the thinker more sensitive. The right type of analysis triggers the right question. For instance, if you have identified a problem and then to name the reason of problem, using the available information and what you know about cause and effect, you will attempt to answer the question. Guidance may enhance you capability to answer the questions but the efforts are supported and triggered by the system.
