Introduction

The law that deals with the crime dedicated against the community by the community is called the Criminal Law. This law is concentrating on the community and how they answer or take expenses for the violations they have created.

Criminal Law often delivers different violations such as monitoring violations, and other violations to the Condition. The purpose why criminal law is created is to self-discipline the individual and to secure the individuals from illegal acts. In criminal law, an accountable accused is tried by either prison time in a prison, fine paid to the government, or performance of the defendant i.e. the death charge

Strict Liability offenses

These are the guidelines specifying demanding obligation makes a person lawfully accountable for the damage and loss a result of his or her functions and omissions, despite of the responsibility (including wrong doing in criminal law conditions, generally the use of males' rea). It often relates to the vehicle traffic violations. In a boosting case, for example, whether the accused knew that the published posted rate restrict was being surpassed is unrelated. Strict Liability can be established by analyzing the purpose of the legislature. If the legislature seems to have intentionally missed a condition of mind factor (mens rea) because they sensed condition of mind need not be confirmed, it is handled as a strict liability.
