Credentialing vs. Educating

Educating refers to the process of the academic teaching that the individual receives from early school life to high school and college or university life. While credentialing refers to the process of entitling an individual to some sort of confidence or authority. It is like a letter which identifies the bearer's competence and capability. It encompasses an objective analysis of the individual's training, competence, capabilities and experiences.
