Introduction

The true of leader is to direct, support, and inspire employees for achieving the superior goals of the organization. For leading effectively it is important that leaders to have personal model of leadership in which they are able to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and work for betterment of their organizations according (Bass & Riggio, 2012, pp. 141-145). Since the concept of leadership is inspiring or influencing others to accomplish goals and objectives set by the organization therefore, the leader have impact of his leadership approach on himself, others, organization and community as well. This impact can be related to desire of the leader to influence them in positive manner so that they can play a significant role in the overall society. Transformation leadership motivates the followers by a number of mechanisms in which the basic aim is to get involved in any task to such an extent that other people, organization and society as a whole can be benefited. The impact of personal model of leadership is explained below.

Self Impact of leadership

The most basic impact of transformational leadership on leader himself is that he becomes motivated in order to accomplish desired outcomes. The behavior of leader after adapting transformational leadership style should be linked with the betterment of his followers as well as for his organizations. However, completely adapting transformational leadership is style is not possible because they are few limitations and challenges that cannot be fulfilled by adapting this style. It is the quality of the transformational leader to share his information, resources, skills and knowledge so that his followers can follow his leadership style. The personal leadership style has changed the overall behavior of taking decisions for the organization and calmer attitude has been adapted so that transformational leadership style can be followed to some extent. I will become secure if I will be able to give motivation to my subordinates as self-recognition is an important element for any leader. Another impact of this type of leadership is that I will be able to take more proactive and constructive decisions which will help me to enhance my decision-making powers as a leader. Moreover, an element of satisfaction is imperative for me as a leader therefore, encouraging people to perform certain tasks will help to become more satisfied and relaxed. Lastly, I will be able to achieve goals and objectives of my organization because of the sincerity and hard-working efforts that are implemented by me as a leader.

Impact on Other People

The other people development has been given emphasis in personal leadership model because it is the ability of transformational leaders to evaluate and analyze his followers potential related to their capability so that they can fulfill their commitments towards their organization.
