Introduction

In this assignment, we are working on creating a dream job that involves starting a community center after school in Florida that also includes a fast food restaurant on one side and along side a community center that has different activities that will offer discounted tutoring services for school going kids from kindergarten to 12th grade. In the beginning I will need to employee many people that will fulfill the requirements of the community center by running a tutoring center as well as a fast food service that can provide great quality food for the children while educating them. The first step I need to take is to set up a job description so that the individuals who are willing to offer their services can look up the description. A proper job description is very necessary and it should not be different from what the actual job is because this would be ethically wrong. Each and every aspect of the job should be clearly stated in the job description the will also maintain the place of the organization in the market.

The first description and position is for the tutors who will be responsible of educating children from classes' kindergarten-12th grade.

Title of the job-teacher

Accountability- there is different levels of positions open ranging from primary and secondary level teaching.

Responsibility- the candidate will be responsible for being at the center five days a week and they will be expected to teach the children involving activities related to the subjects that can benefit them in understanding the subject efficiently.

Location - community center, Florida.

Purpose of the Job- the candidate is expected to achieve the satisfaction of the children by giving them the knowledge which will result in helping them achieve good grades and successfully understanding all the subjects that they want to learn. The candidate is also responsible for creating a better understanding between themselves and the student so that they can communicate easily with the teacher if they have any doubts and lower the hesitation.

Main duties- this will involve in providing their services as a teacher as well as maintain the records of all the students and knowing about their academics so they can be notified about where they are lacking. One of the duties also involve in fulfilling the role as a substitute when another teacher is missing that would be very rare.

Terms of employment- the candidate will be required to work 15 hours a week and that is after school because those are the timings the community center will be operating. The salary scale is the basic pay rate and they will be entitled to all the national holidays and bank holidays, even any cultural holidays will be accepted depending on the beliefs.
