Thesis statement

The movie CRASH relate to the thirty six hours encounter of different people of different races. Within that thirty six hours, an interaction between strangers ended into chaos, loathing, fear, sympathy and understanding. The movie depicts interactions of different races causing clashes between victim and aggressor, superior and inferior and an optimist and racist. Within that thirty six hours, lives of diverse people had link through racial discrimination. Racism was depict as the common attitude of the characters played. Crash is certainly an eye opener to the unobserved problem of the society- racial discrimination.

Introduction

"crash is an reveal of multi-racial attitudes in a city where everything is founded on race, color and creed. Not a single dialogue in this movie ever rotates around any thing but race. Some detractors have marked this movie as liberal propaganda, others have regarded it unrealistic. Iunderstand the latter's condemnation because in genuine life, people probably don't spend half as much time considering racism as they do considering what's for dinner. But Paul Haggis's movie is not about reality but about a reality probably taking location in our heads. Racism does exist and there are white racist cops out there, not to mention carjackings every day of the week. We should not be fast to overlook that racism abounds and sways all. Iwould add that I believe racism is often not discussed or blatantly utilised, but it is more often implied.

By giving racism as an one-by-one malady, rather than social topic of large import, Crash into permits white viewers to default to their pre-existing comprehending of the topic, rather than having to deal with the way in which every structure of American humanity continues to heal persons of color as inferiors: be it in housing, paid work, learning or criminal justice.
