Cost of Quality (COQ)

Cost of Quality (COQ) refers to the costs that are referred to cost that is incurred due to good quality management. Cost of Quality incurs to confirm that all quality requirements are met and if there are happening of costs other than COQ it relates to poor quality production by the business. Poor quality is waste, failure or error in meeting customer needs (Beecroft et. al, 2003).
