ABSTRACT

In this research study, the international laws are being analyzed, as well as, the current status of CSR activities are being analyzed and discussed. Different case studies which are pertinent to CSR are being discussed and analyzed in this research study. There are many Indian companies that are not implementing the CSR activities according to the international rules and regulations. Many organizations in India are violating different laws i.e. human rights, labor law, environmental law etc. In other developed countries, the corporate social responsibility is popular and organizations there strictly implementing the CSR activities. By implementing the CSR activities the society not only gets the benefits but also the organizations can get numerous benefits.
