Introduction

The United Kingdom Corporate Governance Code is a collection of numerous reports and codes that govern corporate operations of companies. The Code was developed in 2010 after recession hit economies globally. This was prompted by the fact that during the hay days of Capitalism, corporations were operating in a manner that promoted rather unfair practices.
