Introduction

Conflict is defined as incompatibility between the objectives of various characters and forces. Conflicts mostly create tensions and stress between the characters and forces which can also affect the outcome. Conflicts exist when two or more people want to pursue an act which is inconsistent with each other. Conflicts and disputes are usually resolved when people involved, work out some mutually set of actions. Conflicts can be extended from individuals and groups and more than two parties can also be involved in the conflict (Law, 2000)
