Introduction

This paper takes a look at the case study provided. In the case study, Agnes is unjustly blamed for placing the newsletters on the table by Jamie. Jamie does not ask questions as to why she has done so but rather starts with blame and aggression. Dr Ruiz, fortunately, steps in and explains that it was he who had placed the newsletters there.
