Instructional technology was first used as armed response to the issues of workers shortage in the course of World War II in the US. This type of technology was an ultimate need to provide the organizations with skilled workers. Instructional technology offered a training methodology in an efficient and systematic manner. Instructional technology is the complete approach. It is the general application of techniques and strategies derived from constructive, cognitive and behavioral theories in order to provide solution to instructional issues2.
