Background of Pit Bull

The pit bull dogs are notable medium-sized, sturdily built, short hair and a well-defined musculature. Although this breed is known by the generic name for pit-bull, the correct name in Castilian is American pit bull terrier. Originally created to be a fighting dog, the pit bull has physical characteristics that give it great strength and agility.
