Introduction

Health is a very important factor that shape up a community and describe the members of a community whether they are active to perform various important activities of the society or not. There are various factors that play a vital role in maintaining the health within a community. It is also very important to understand that these factors also affect the health of a community and has negative effects on the members of the society if not maintained well (Clark, 2007). The core purpose of this assignment is to identify and address the most significant issues that affect the health of the community and demonstrate the impact that these factors have on the members of a community. Further, a discussion about the effect of economics on the access of health care will also be presented in this paper. It is very important to demonstrate the most significant factors that affect the community and the impact that these factors have on the members of the community.

1. Describe the selected community based on the assessment.

Diana Panty 63-year-old widow with 3 children, all girls, her husband died 5 years ago of lung cancer that forced him to take care of it for several years. Consulted often for minor complaints, though recently went to the doctor's family for lameness and pain. This patient remained generally critical tone of mistrust towards the work of doctors, referring to previous bad experiences with her husband and son, and said he felt alone and unable to perform household chores.

One day the doctor was informed by one of her children that their mother, after having previously notified by telephone of his intention to kill himself, was hospitalized for attempted suicide by ingesting some pills for anxiety. Once home and normalized the situation, the doctor decided together, with the permission of our patient, their children to learn about their experiences about the problem of his mother, and then propose a joint approach.

The interview went all the children, their wives asked not to be present, and after a brief physician intervention explaining the objectives of the meeting, began to express their views. In summary one can say that there was a sense of call constant attention by the mother, who had been so since the death of her husband, but she was living with conflicted by his desire to prominence.

Also, the children blamed her mother certain detachment towards them while his father lived, which is devoted entirely, even before his illness. There were also disputes between the sons' wives as delegated to them the relationship with their mother. The meeting concluded with the proposal to rethink the relationship of the children with the mother, trying to get them to be those associated with it, there was a division of tasks between them related to his mother: one is devoted to relations with physicians, another with red tape, another domestic issues, etc.
