Introduction

This paper is elucidating upon the communication problems and possible solutions that emerge within corporate culture. The biggest problem that exists in communication between people is the illusion that it is happening. According to a famous management consultant 95% of the C.E.O.s of U.S. companies say that communication between the company and the staff is ultra-critical success factor for the company (Miller, 2011). This paper will critically highlight upon this ultra-critical factor, and derive possible problems and their solutions out of it.

Communication Problems within Organizations

A number of managers stated that out there that one of the biggest problems of your company is the lack of commitment of its employees. This is considerably amongst the most common problem, and beside this there are various other issues (Watzlawick, et al. 1967). Employees are not committed to the company because they do not understand with what they must commit. The leader is very confusing, poorly communicates with people, speech changes every week, invents something new at every meeting that leads simply makes everyone lost on what to do first (Rahim, 2011). Some of the major possible problems of communication within organizations are given as follows.

Employees are not being given chance to directly face top management, which principally create communication gap between the leadership and the labor (Garvin, 2012).

Employees are threaten with the fear and anger of top management, which hurdle them not to speak in front of top management; thus, creating communication gap.

Employees are not well informed about the system, process and policies of the organization; thus, they are unable to communicate in an effective manner within the organization (Miller, 2011). Their lack of knowledge hesitate them to speak in front of management.
