Part 1

What is Communication?

Communication - is generally defined as speaking the process of exchange of information, which occurs between participants in the process of communication, the sender of a message containing certain information and the recipient of such information. Communication involves a certain message that flows from one person to another, from the sender to the recipient. Communication is much more than just the words themselves. The researchers examined the scope and come to the conclusion that the sense of the pickup of 55% body language and 38% of the features of voice and only 7% in just the content of spoken words. As the transmission of words, communication is the exchange of information between the participants (Kotler & Armstrong, 2012, pp. 129-33).

Communication (Purpose)

Although communication is such a complex process, it is the basis of every human interaction, especially in the division plays a major role. This is not just about the traditional communication face to face, but in today's increasingly taking the Internet as a medium added. Even when companies win Web 2.0 and social networks are becoming increasingly important. They work with the so-called “Social CRM", which are virtual contact lists that have arisen on the basis of an equivalent communication between customer and company (Rai & Rai, 2009, pp. 189-93).

Types of Communication

Communication refers to the special process that makes the interaction between the human species and allows men to be sociable. Communication of PR is a process involving an exchange of facts, views and ideas between a business organization or a non-profit and public, in order to reach a mutual understanding. There are three important points to be considered: first, the communication should cover two or more people, and second, it is an exchange of information back and forth, and third, involves understanding.

You can point to three types of communication: Interpersonal Communication - one in which you interact with others, i.e. establishing a dialogue with them. It is the primary form of communication more direct and personal (Walrand & Varaiya, 2000, pp. 101-05). Mass Communication - all that is done through the information media, such as radio, television, newspapers, magazines and online. Organizational Communication - this includes internal and external usage. Similarly, communication further divided in to Interpersonal communication that connects two individuals (Worth, 2004, pp. 158-63).

What is Email?

In the simple words the word e-mail simply referred as Electronic Mail whose main purpose is to send mails or in other words sending electronic messages from one computer to the other or from one email address to the other. Due to the rapid change in technology, a person can even view electronic mail through the smart phones as well. Therefore, this show that today the communication is too much easy and convenient among the people.
