Introduction

The support and care received by the patient during a cure or treatment process is likely to heal the patient earlier and would produce positive impacts on the health of the patient under consideration. On the other hand, the stressful situations and interruptions during the process of cure and treatment could lead to severe negative impacts on the health and wellness of the patient and he or she may take more than expected time in healing process. Communication between the nurses and the family is considered to be an important aspect in this regard (Walton, 2012). This paper discusses the significance of communicating with the family care givers and its application to the healing process of the patient.

Since the goal of the nurses and the family care givers is the same throughout the process of patient's healing and making it possible for the patient to get back to the normal health.
