(Ferriman,2011, p 02)The characteristics of cloud services is that it can access via the internet and is paid by need, and use means customers only pay for what they actually use. Resources are available to be accessed from the cloud any time anywhere. Some of the ways in which cloud computing and services provide benefits to the organisations to grow and flourish their business are listed below (Ferriman, 2011, p. 02).

There is always cost associated when large organisations are concerned. Cloud computing removes all barriers by giving substantially low cost entry. There's not need to buy powerful and expensive equipment to use cloud computing since all processing is done in the cloud not on a local computer, so there's no need of processing power or hardisk space (Anonymous, 2011, pp. 01-03).

The IT department of an organisation experience a decrease in their expenses in regard to the infrastructure with the adaptation of cloud. This is one of the biggest advantages of Cloud computing, which provides, an ease to the employees of an organisation.
