What Would You See If You Took A Tour Of Classrooms/Departments In Your Organization?

While touring classrooms I will focus on anecdotal recording as it is a technique where the observer writes a description of the behaviors of interest. This scripted documentation is typically completed after observing a student misbehave. For example, if a student being observed walks across the classroom and knocks another student's books off of his or her desk, the observer would write this out in sentence form and document the time and date (Fredricks, Blumenfeld and Paris, 2004).
