1. Introduction

Goal of the event is to raise the money for the purpose of charity in Syria. This is possible with applying right strategy at right position and with right timing. Attaining these goals would result in heavy amount of charity collection and turned out to be massive events of the globe. Objective of this event is to gain the money through funding and other charity purpose activities along with entertaining audience providing with the best of events by involving them in exciting games of roulette and and getting of full in return. With this objective this event would be able to maintain such high level of charity.

SMART; specifically it has a goal to achieve more funds to raise money (S). Accomplishment of this goal would result in collecting huge amount of charity (M).the people involved in team of this event can attain its results more easily if worked with effectiveness and in efficient style of performing tasks (A). Although this goal has to have a defined reason of doing it, which here is already defined in the sense of collecting maximum amount of money and planning this event in a way that would remain a memory for the people who invested to be the part of this purpose. These SMART goals usually define few 'W' questions, which helps in answering the confusions of why, how, when, where and how of the situation and continue maintaining the 'ifs and buts' beside the focused assignments is completed.

2. Stake Holder Analysis and the Weighted Score Model

The stakeholders involved in this project are, NGOs, UN, WHO, social workers, sponsors, Management teams, and general public. These stakeholders belong to both internal and external organizations. Internal stakeholders are Social workers, Management teams, and General public and internal non profit organizations. The external stake holders are UN and WHO which have been the prominent funding supports.

These internal and external stake holders have the interest of doing more volunteer work and help through their efforts to the needy purpose of collecting more charity. They all have an agenda of bringing a positive response to such ways of contributing towards charity purposes. They promote their agencies at this global platform.

These stake holders have great impacts on this event as their contributions will lead this event and bring positive response to it with their presence and participation. Stake holders won't stop this project as this is not leaving any negative impacts on any organization and is not doing anything against their policies.Their attitude towards this project is not at all reluctant and less appealing. This way of collecting charity with giving returns to even those who don't get anything after the show is building a healthy and entertaining impact on individuals mind.
