ABTRACT

In this study the researcher aims to determine change management, benefits and applications to the marine department of Saudi Aramco. This research has been organized in successive chapters and exposes the overall concept of change management and how the change management strategies influence Saudi Aramco marine department to adopt the models of change management, and the benefits of change management along with its application. The change management model has also been discussed in the study, which provides an over view of the concept on the significance of the change management. Initially, this report presents an introduction to the topic and sets out the research questions and objectives, highlighting key background information and explaining the reasons behind the study. Following the introduction, the second chapter review extensive literature on the topic at hand and also on other theories which relate and/or support the overall issue being considered. Furthermore, this section also focused on the case study: Saudi Aramco Company, as the research purpose is to determine the benefits and application of change management in the marine department of Saudi Aramco. Further, the third part of this study explains which methods were applied to this specify research and the reasons why such approached were selected. Key information on this chapter includes an explanation of the research approach and strategies undertaken during the study and details on how the data was collected.
