Mobile phone industry is become one of the largest industry in the world that emerge as the fastest growing a global expansion thus it rapidly improve as they emerge in developing countries. Cell phones that have made their changes since year 1994 for undertaking going through three main pass (Cox, 2010, p: 14). First they have launched they phase of introducing color screen up year 2002 and then it would be followed from the introduction of multimedia as introduce in year 2004 of mobile phones and then the emergence of smart phones that change the whole industry. Still the mobile phones have continued to evolving and make the introduction through technology changes that customer expectations would also be increased with them, and wants have been increased rapidly from customer end that become one of the biggest challenges faced from the mobile industry and create threats for their existence to remains in the market. One of the major contribution that provide from the mobile industry has relates to because it determine as the daily necessity in our daily life which create the battle of the face challenge for the mobile phone industry to make protection for their business.

Even though, the existence of mobile phones is not so old in the human life, it had already become an indispensible tool for all people. Today mobile phone is a need for most of the people, and it is impossible to able to see a person who has not a mobile phone (Jason, 2003, p: 52). Accordingly, mobile phone market has been improving constantly, and it aims to offer more professional services and goods for consumers. There is no doubt, the unique purpose of all mobile phone firms' is fulfilling the growing demands and expectations of the consumers' ideally. However, this situation creates a high competition among the mobile phone firms and requires some principles and strategies for each company so as to maintain their existences in this sector.

While the most successful road out because of the financially slowdown and that collectively continues a strong challenge from the mobile phone makers such as I Phone, Nokia, Samsung, Motorola etc have taping to increase the number of share for their consumers and shares of business markets. There are various external influences that also affect the industry of mobile phone that carry the weight and sway or the independent users to buy the cell phone. One of the major concerns with the user has to avoid for buying mobile phone is to dealing with health and safety issues that drive with the mobile phones (Anil, 2011, p: 23). This is become to emerge more several related issues the to the possible risk of cancer and the one being that the cell phones emitting the radio frequency and which form the radiation to been underhanded for effects for the human body.
