After reading the case study, it seems like the Pub has adopted Conventional Food production system where the food is procured from different sources and are stored in the kitchen. The stored food is then serve to customers by hold heated or hold chilled. The Pub had to face shortage of face because J & G Groceries could not deliver the food in time to the production department and The Pub had to face shortage of food in Kitchen.
