Introduction

A workplace is an alliance of different perceptions, ideas, personalities and behaviors. Thus, the collaboration of these all attributes may give rise to the conflicts. The conflict is part of the human interaction (Baughman, et.al, 2001). However, the consequences of the conflicts in the organization are more intense and should be addressed before the outcomes. In addition, the upward graph of the conflicts becomes steep when the organization becomes diverse. Thus, to take advantage of the team work, management roles need to be efficient and the conflicts should be managed before they get intense. At such instances, effective managerial communication act as a key role in the organization. This is because of the role of the effective communication within the organization (Yontz, 2004).

The company I am currently working is the Society of American Military Engineers. It is an organization that works with the military experts and experienced engineers. As it is a military organization, it works in the defence of the people and the citizens. SAME is a nonprofit, governmental organization which dedicates itself for the national defence of the people. It works to accelerate the engineering benefits, and the rapid implementation of the technology to assist the national growth and to get ready for the national defense and the counter attacks (Yontz, 2004). However, the integration of the Society of American military engineers is with the architects, engineers and the constructors. Furthermore, their alliance is strengthen with the collaboration of the private sector's professionals and the competent personals so that they can make adequate strategies and policies overcome any natural or the manmade disaster, terrorists and to provide with the efficient resource allocation so that people can get the high levels of security. It does not only provide the security; however, it provides the pre safety procedures and improves and updates this security in the homelands and the abroad. This organization has strengthened and further grew after the World War 1, when the need of the military engineers arises, and there were 11,000 of them at that time (Baughman, et.al, 2001). Thus, the government pondered the light over the security issues of these military engineers, and then they decided to invest further in this sector and increase its circle. It is the organization which caters three major fields of the city, engineers, constructors and the architects, which form an alliance and work in collaboration for the desired outcomes and the achievement of the mission. It bridges the gap between the security of the nation and the professionals.

Discussion

United States is the most organized country of the world; thus, it is clear in their policies that there should be and emergency mobilization system that will be working to ensure that the nation and the government's safety at all levels. It also ensures that America is ready for any defence and the counter attack operation and the target in case of any emergency and the terrorist or national disaster.
