United States and China, South Korea fundamentally differs on such issues as globalization, democratization, state-citizen relations, and humanitarian intervention. Although these dissimilarities of opinion should not be exaggerated, they will not be dismissed.

United States leaders need to ponder to determine if they have done everything they can do for their nation to formulate an effective oil security strategy.
