Car Parking Issue in my House

Introduction

We live in a rental house that is divided into two portions, in which we reside in one portion and our neighbors in the rest. The main issue we regularly face is car parking that who is going to park today? Usually in restaurants, we have heard about “First Come First”, but in my neighbors; this formula applies on car parking because there is only one parking space. Daily clash on car parking is very fussy for my family as it is somehow a mental torture.
