Admittedly, there is a framework of law within which he has to operate, but that is all, and so long as he keeps the law he is free to maximize his profits without being constrained by any moral or social considerations, or any farther sense of responsibility for what he does (Sorell, 1994).

Business man is associated with number of task and we can call a business as a all rounder. Businessman needs to have managerial erpertise as well as the technical ones. Successful businessman needs to be having leadership quality inorder to lead a good human skills.

Advantages and Disadvantages of a Businessman

The function of enterprise is to make the best likely items, services, and concepts at the smallest likely cost so as to maximize the firm's profits. The professional profits from earnings by utilising as little as likely to supply clients with as much as possible. Profit is made by conceiving riches and dealing with others. 

Human flourishing engages the creation, acquisition, and use of riches in fulfilling activities.
