Introduction

I spent my early childhood in the countryside of Thailand. In the days of my early childhood I always dreamt of becoming a very successful businessman. The main motivation that led me towards this dream is my father. My father is my sole inspiration as he is a very successful businessman. I dream of becoming a successful businessman just like my father. He has his very own farm house and runs a factory of natural fertilizer. Therefore, in order to continue with my dream, I attended a business school at the University in Bangkok in Kasetsart. I elected marketing as my major due to the interest in that field. I am of the opinion that it is essential for any company to know the marketing of selling and attracting the clients so as to sustain a competitive advantage in the market.

Soon after I completed my graduation, I joined my family business. Initially everything seemed fine, but gradually I realised that the business had many unresolved issues. One of the basic problem for example, the price charged for the products are not at all stable as it mainly depends on demand in the market as well as the large corporation. However, on the other hand, the business has not only a low management and book-keeping skill, but organizing and controlling the labor and their issues is also very much difficult.

Discussion

After 6 months of joining the business, I got an internship offer for 1 year from Arizona USA at the Xanterra Park and Resort at the Grand Canyon. During the tenure, I worked at the front-desk and came to know regarding a number of things working in that large corporation.
