This is less than 540% to 60% under the current plan of the company. On the other hand, several employees will pay $25 for themselves and $65 for their families. Moreover, Wal-Mart's plan for health insurance would need a $1000 deduction however; it would let their employees to visit doctors prior to making their payments. Moreover, the management raised the minimum wage from the present $5.15/hour (Jenna, 2011).

Wal-Mart has been pledging for the reduction of salt by 25% and for the elimination of industrially added Trans fat and for the 10% reduction of added sugar. The organization has a plan to put seal on healthy food and those food items will rated with respect to their level of fat Sugar and sodium content (Butler, 2009).

Innovative

One more initiative taken in context of management of stakeholder is that Wal-Mart has been changing 40% of the associated partners at its topmost 100 law companies in an attempt to raise the diversity with respect to races and gender of its outside counsel. There is shift from non-diverse to diverse legal representatives (Ferrell, et al., 2012).
