Introduction

The graphic design industry is rich in material wealth of society. The gradual increase in demand of graphics and designing in the various fields related to corporate world has increased its importance dramatically. The use of graphics and designing involves designing logos, websites, brochures and much more related to official work. (Howells & Bain, 2000)

Business proposition is a graphic designing company. There is a growing demand for graphic designing entities in the Untie Kingdom. This makes the market of “graphics and designing” extremely competent even though there is a lot of room for profits generation. The purpose of this term paper is to present the finding of research on the developing of a business plan that supports the opening of a new graphics designing venue in the United Kingdom. The plan will cover marketing, CB analysis, break-even analysis and various processes related to planning for business feasibility. (Fusaro & Miller, 2002)

Current Position

The current position of the business is at the introductory phase as it has yet to be incorporated. The possibilities of prospering in the near future are very bright considering the fact that the market of graphics and designing is on the boom. Thus, starting a business in this field is expected to yield a lot of growth and profits. (Elliot & Elliot, 2003)

Competitive Advantage

There are various competitors in the market for graphics and designing. The field, as mentioned earlier, is on the boom that has pulled many new entrants in to the market, which has certainly caused the competition to rise. Apart from that, various large agencies have increased their services offering logo designing, website designing and various graphic works. Moreover, the other major competitors for business are the freelance designers that are typically one-man-show people.
